Bateman's Credit Services Limited Newsletter
Edition 1 - November 08

Welcome to the first edition of our newsletter!  November has continued the pattern of recent months and has been incredibly busy and exciting.  The new clients keep on coming in and their debts keep on being paid!  Despite the so called credit crunch and recession, we are achieving incredible results and our clients have never been happier as you can see from this new client testimonial:-

Thanks for your help recently with my outstanding payment issues.  This had been a particularly long standing case with the client coming up with many different tactics for stalling on my requests for payment.  I had reached the point where I was seriously beginning to consider writing it off as a bad debt.  I then asked for your help and you were as good as your word.  You obtained the full payment within weeks with interest. Your service was quick, efficient and with no hassle to me. I have already recommended you to a number of my contacts. You obviously have the knack!'    - Jim Gilhooley, Morlan Gil HR, http://www.morlangilhr.co.uk/

Top tips for engaging your audience - by Gavin Meikle

I regularly get asked how speakers can improve their ability to engage with their audience and hold their attention.   Given the number of dull boring and apparently pointless presentations I have had to sit through this is no great surprise,  I am often complimented in my ability to quickly engage my audience so today I’ll share with you some of my secrets.
