Free debt recovery assignments (per month)
In the rare instances that our credit control processes are unsuccessful in securing a payment, you may wish to take debt recovery action against the debtor. This work is very different to credit control as a much firmer line is taken and we suggest that this work is undertaken in the name of Bateman’s Credit Services Ltd (although we are happy to do it as part of the purchased time instead).
Each package includes 1 or more free debt recovery assignments per month where the only charge you will need to pay are the court fees (which should be recoverable from the debtor). We normally charge a percentage of the debt in the event of successful recovery and this fee is completely waived for the debts you assign as part of your monthly package. Standard rates apply for any debts assigned outside of your monthly package.
