As part of the silver and gold packages, we will provide a dedicated credit control phone number for your business.
This number has your area code so your customers will never know that your credit control has been outsourced. When someone calls the number, our advanced telephone systems tell your account manager which company the debtor is calling for so they are prepared to answer the phone in your company name. Each number also comes with a dedicated voicemail message which can be customised to suit your company’s standards.
If you select the bronze package, you will not be entitled to the dedicated phone number. However you have the choice for calls to be routed through your switchboard so that your receptionist can forward the relevant calls on or for a general number to be supplied to your customers which does not specify which company the number relates to.
