- Chasing all overdue invoices by letter, phone, email and statements in line with your internal procedures
- Identifying and developing key debt contacts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to aid recoveries
- Courtesy calls prior to invoices becoming overdue
- Processing credit applications and creating new client accounts
- Setting and monitoring credit limits
- Maintaining the Sales Ledger including invoicing, crediting, re-invoicing and payment allocation
Reconciliation of customer or bank accounts and investigating variances
- Query resolution and reporting
- Negotiating payment plans with clients
- Cash flow forecasting
- Liaising with Sales, Accounts and Management as necessary
